Mobile notaries accept a variety of documents. A current driver’s license, passport, non-driver’s ID or military ID is always acceptable.
Note: Only U.S. issued identifications are acceptable forms of ID.
A Loan Signing Agent, also known as a Notary Signing Agent, is a notary public who is specially trained to facilitate mortgage closings. They are responsible for ensuring that real estate loan documents are properly executed by the borrower, notarized, and returned for processing in a timely manner.
